1．情報基盤センターシステムアカウント

情報基盤センターシステムアカウントは、メールや教育用端末室のパソコンなど、大学の情報システムを利用するときに使用する大切なものです。
利用者はアカウントを適切に使用し、管理する責任があります。他人に知らせたり、貸したりしてはいけません。
新入生のアカウント情報は、入学時にセンターから配布した封筒に同封されています。

2．多要素認証の設定（機器登録）

本学ではセキュリティ向上のため、クラウドサービスにサインインする際に多要素認証が表示されます。
例えば、岩手大学メールサービス（Gmail）を利用する際に、メールアドレスとパスワードの入力だけでなく、スマートフォンで専用アプリの操作を求められます。

多要素認証の鍵として使用する機器（例. スマートフォン、パソコン等）を必ず登録しましょう。
また、登録機器の機種変更や故障時のトラブル防止のため、2台目の機器登録も行いましょう。

3．岩手大学メールサービス（Gmail）の確認

岩手大学では学生の皆さんにメールアドレスを発行しています。大学から大事なお知らせが届きますので、必ず定期的にメールをチェックしてください。
サインインに必要な情報（メールアドレスとパスワード）は、入学時にセンターから配布した封筒に同封されています。
※ Gmailを使用していますがメールアドレスは　～@iwate-u.ac.jp となりますのでご注意ください。

4．岩手大学情報システム利用に関する誓約書の提出

岩手大学の情報システムを利用するにあたり、順守すべき事項が幾つかあります。

1．ISIC System Account

ISIC System account is very important for using the university's information systems, including e-mail and on-campus PCs.
You are responsible for the proper use and management of your account.
Do not share or lend your account information to others.
New student accounts are enclosed in handouts from the Center.

2．Setting up multi-factor authentication

To improve Information security at the University, multi-factor authentication appears when signing in to cloud services.
For example, when using the University email service (Gmail), you will be asked not only to enter your email address and password, but also to use a special application on your smartphone.

The device to be used as the key for multi-factor authentication (e.g. Smartphones, computers, etc.) must be registered.
Also, register a second device to prevent problems in case of model change or malfunction.

3．University Email address（Gmail）

Iwate University issues email addresses to all students. Please be sure to check your email regularly as you will receive important information from the university.

信息基础中心给每一位在校生设置帐号，可以注册利用各种服务。
信息基础中心给大家的每一个帐户都是，利用电子邮件，校内计算机等，利用校内信息系统的重要信息。
用户有责任正确使用和管理自己的帐号，不能把自己的信息提供或借给他人使用。
新生的帐户信息，装在信封，入学时发给大家。

　信息基础中心网站，有校内限定网站。在校外或利用个人网络利用时，需要用户认证或利用VPN链接校内网，才可以利用。

2．设置多因素身份验证

为了提高和保护大学网络的安全性，登录云服务时，会出现多因素身份验证。
例如，在使用大学发给大家的电子邮件（Gmail）时，不仅需要用户名和密码，还需要在智能手机上通过专用程序进行身份验证。

请在你的手机上下载相关的程序，并注册多因素身份验证（如智能手机、电脑等）。
为了防止手机更换或电脑出故障而引起不能登录情况，请注册两台以上的机器。

3．大学电子邮件（Gmail）

※ 注意！大学的电子邮件利用Gmail，但是电子邮件地址不是"～@gmail.com"，而是"～@iwate-u.ac.jp"。
