利用者はアカウントを適切に使用し、管理する責任があります。他人に知らせたり、貸したりしてはいけません。
新入生のアカウント情報は、入学時にセンターから配布した封筒に同封されています。

本学ではセキュリティ向上のため、クラウドサービスにサインインする際に多要素認証が表示されます。
例えば、岩手大学メールサービス（Gmail）を利用する際に、メールアドレスとパスワードの入力だけでなく、スマートフォンで専用アプリの操作を求められます。

多要素認証の鍵として使用する機器（例. スマートフォン、電話番号、パソコン等）を必ず登録しましょう。
また、登録機器の機種変更や故障時のトラブル防止のため、スマートフォン、電話番号、パソコン等のうち必ず2台を登録しましょう。

ISIC System account is very important for using the university's information systems, including e-mail and on-campus PCs.
You are responsible for the proper use and management of your account.
Do not share or lend your account information to others.

To improve Information security at the University, multi-factor authentication appears when signing in to cloud services.
For example, when using the University email service (Gmail), you will be asked not only to enter your email address and password, but also to use a special application on your smartphone.

Be sure to register the devices used for multi-factor authentication (e.g., smartphone, phone number, PC).
To prevent troubles when changing devices or in case of device failure, registerat least two devices (e.g., smartphone and PC).
